The Basic Green Smoothie Blueprint

Green smoothies are the ideal way to consume your greens and fruits even before the day officially starts.

A typical green smoothie which combines fruits and raw vegetables can contain up to 4 of the 7 required servings of fruits and vegetables daily.

A quick and yummy green smoothie can be made from blending baby spinach, frozen berries, avocado and almond milk.

For the more active, a serving of pea protein powder will keep you full till lunch. For those pressed for time in the morning, this is the perfect breakfast to sip on the go during your commute.
