My Free Discovery Sessions are 15 – 30 minutes long and can be conducted online or over the phone. During this time I will briefly discuss your major health concerns and which of coaching services would best fit your needs and how I can best support you.

This session is not intended as a Nutritional Consultation. If after your Free Discovery Session we both feel we are a good match and you wish to dig deeper into your health issues, then I would recommend booking nutrition and lifestyle coaching where we can work together to get to the root cause of your health concerns.

Our Free Discovery Sessions are meant to be used to discuss which of our services would best fit your needs. With this in mind, you may book a subsequent session if your needs change and/or we offer new programs or services.
