Delivery Method
Mindful Meditation Program is delivered through a state-of-the-art free smart phone app called JustCoach. Upon purchasing the program, you will get instructions and your unique code to have the program on your smart phone.

Each fully guided video is unique with a daily theme. They are from 10 to 20 minutes long, depending on the day. The program is designed to build upon each day.

Day 1: Introduction to Meditation
This meditation will guide you through the basic steps of observance, consciousness, and the focus of your breathing.
Day 2: Body Scan
This meditation will guide you through a full-body scan, feeling every single corner of your body to bring yourself into presence.
Day 3: Senses
This meditation will guide you through your senses to bring your attention fully into those.
Day 4: Emotions
This meditation will guide you through all the emotions that you are going through right now, to feel them, hug them, and accept them without labelling them.
Day 5: Breathing
This meditation will guide you to be aware of your natural breath and practice some counting breathing to bring your attention present, to expand your breathing capacity, and to relax by making your breathing longer and spaced.
Day 6: Forgiveness, Letting Go
This meditation will guide you to forgive yourself, forgive others, and let go. You’ll feel in peace with yourself and in harmony with others.
Day 7: Gratitude, Cultivating Love
This meditation will guide you to be aware of the situation you are in right now. It will help you to observe all that you have and be grateful for the basic things that keep us alive, and that gives us joy.
